Store Policies

LEDGlow’s main objective is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with purchases. We take great pride in the quality of our products and offer exceptional service to maintain a positive relationship with you, the Authorized Dealer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or are having technical issues with a product, please follow the policy instructions detailed below, and we will be happy to accept a return, exchange, or repair of any of the products you have purchased. For more details regarding shipping policies or returns and exchange policies, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

Note: Please check your state and local laws before installing your LEDGlow Products. Every state has different policies and procedures regarding aftermarket vehicle accessories. LEDGlow is not responsible for any fines you may receive while using your kit. All products are designed for off-road use only.

Large Quantity Ordering

To place a large stocking order or a large quantity of single items, we suggest contacting your Wholesale Account Representative. Orders placed online for large quantities of single items may require longer lead times or modifications. If an order is placed that we are unable to fulfill, your Wholesale Account Manager will contact you to discuss options. Larger orders for in-stock items may take up to one (1) business day to ship.

Replacement Parts

LEDGlow is unable to ship large quantities of single replacement parts. As these items are meant to be ordered as replacements for preexisting kits, our stock does not always allow for multiple quantities to be purchased at one time. If you wish to order a large quantity of replacement parts for a custom build, please contact your Wholesale Account Manager to discuss options.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

If you wish to change or request an order cancellation during business hours, please call our Authorized Dealer line at (856) 768-5700 Ext. 4 to ensure prompt handling. If you need to change or request an order cancellation after hours, please email Dealers@LEDGlow.com as soon as possible. These are the only acceptable methods to request an order change or cancellation.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before the merchandise leaves our warehouse. If an order has already been shipped, the Authorized Dealer will be issued an RMA number to send the merchandise back per our return policy. You will then be responsible for any and all related shipping charges. We are not responsible for email cancellation requests received after your order has been shipped.

If you accidentally place a duplicate order that has yet to be shipped, you must contact us for a full refund. In the event that you place a duplicate order and the items are shipped, you will receive an RMA number to return the item once you receive it. You are responsible for returning the duplicate item/items, at which point you will be issued a full refund on the items, less any shipping paid by you when the order was placed. If you refuse the package, your refund will be less any fees we are charged for the return of the package.

Account Changes

All changes and updates to an Authorized Dealer Account or Distributor Account, including but not limited to the status of qualifying Authorized Buyers (i.e., addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, Change of ownership and sales tax information, Authorized Buyers, and additional locations) must be submitted to Dealers@LEDGlow.com.

  • Sales Tax Updates: New/Updated Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
  • Authorized Buyers Updates: Signed Request on Company Letterhead Detailing Changes
  • Additional Locations: Address and Contact Information; Please Specify if Listed Separately or Under Main Account
The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65)

Pursuant to Prop 65, the State of California publishes a list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which the State of California updates periodically, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published. Prop 65 requires businesses to provide persons in California with warnings about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. LEDGlow products may contain some chemicals which appear on this list and are required to include a State of California Prop 65 warning label. For additional information about Prop 65 and a list of Prop 65 chemicals, please visit www.oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65. Promotional Retail Offers

Promotional retail offers and pricing do not apply to authorized dealer orders.

Domestic Payments

The Authorized Dealer shall make payment to LEDGlow only via major credit card, wire transfer, or Paypal. Please note that orders paid with PayPal will only ship to the confirmed address provided at the time of payment.

International Payments

Authorized Dealers must contact the Account Manager to place an International order. International Orders must be paid via wire transfer, unless approval has been granted by LEDGlow for use of alternative payment methods.

Drop Ship Order Payments

Payments for Drop Ship Orders can be made using either credit card or PayPal. If using PayPal, orders must be shipped to the confirmed Billing Address associated with the PayPal payment.

*LEDGlow Lighting, LLC currently does not offer Credit Terms. Orders are shipped out once payment has been received in full and cleared by the financial institutions involved.
